I founded Pecher & Co. with a simple belief: operations isn’t just about systems and procedures. It’s about creating environments where people can do their best work.
Over the course of my career, I’ve led complex projects, improved business processes, and helped organizations navigate growth, change, and the challenges that come with it. But what drives my work goes far beyond efficiency and metrics. Those experiences showed me that the biggest operational challenges are rarely just about the work and more about the people doing the work. That’s why I’m passionate about the human side of operations.
As a first-generation college graduate, my path has been shaped by hard work, resilience, and a deep desire to help others succeed. That desire is rooted in the support I received from my late father, whose unwavering confidence in me helped me believe I could build something of my own. When I launched Pecher & Co. in 2023, I wanted to carry that forward by creating a business focused on helping people and organizations feel supported and capable.
Today, I combine my years of experience with a hands-on, collaborative approach to help businesses navigate growth, change, and everything in between. No matter the industry or stage of growth, my approach always stays the same: listen first, understand how the business really works, and create practical solutions that make life easier for the humans behind it.
